Staff extremely nice & informational. Very detailed. The blood draw was painless. One of the best I've ever had.  Overall a great experience.  Nothing negative, at all.  

Concerned about the medication until I asked a few questions & read about it

Erika was extremely pleasant and answered all my questions. She made me feel very comfortable and made sure I completely understood everything that was going on with the research group. I look forward to participating in more studies.
